When the National Aquarium needed a guest reservations system to manage building capacity for reopening during the COVID-19 pandemic, they built a declarative Salesforce application that leveraged several platform features, including Flow, communities, guest user licenses, custom metadata, custom permissions, and Lightning app pages. With local schools predominately online they added functionality to allow educators to register for online education experiences and downloadable classroom content. Everything was completed without code or increased licensing costs.
